These terms govern your use of muse-video.pro, a free, independent demo and informational hub. By using the site or its generator, you agree to what follows. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The service is free and provided as-is

There is no subscription, no payment, and no paid usage balance of any kind. Because the service is free and experimental, we make no promise that it will be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular feature will keep working.

Acceptable use of the generator

You agree to use the generator lawfully and responsibly. You must not use it to create, request, or distribute:

• Content that is illegal or that promotes illegal activity.
• Hateful, harassing, or violent content that targets people or groups.
• Sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualizes a minor — this is strictly prohibited without exception.
• Content that infringes others' intellectual-property or privacy rights.
• Content intended to deceive, defraud, impersonate, or defame.

You also must not attempt to abuse or undermine the service, including:

• Bypassing, disabling, or defeating rate limiting or the Cloudflare Turnstile bot check.
• Automating, scraping, or scripting the generator to submit requests at scale.
• Probing, overloading, or otherwise interfering with the site's infrastructure or security.

Rate limits

Because this is a free demo, rate limits may apply to keep the generator available for everyone. We may throttle, queue, or temporarily block requests that exceed reasonable usage or that appear automated. Attempts to circumvent these limits are a violation of these terms.

Images you generate

You keep whatever you create with the generator. We make no ownership claim over images you generate here. That said:

• You are responsible for the prompts you submit and the outputs you choose to use or share.
• Outputs are produced by a third-party image model and may be imperfect, unexpected, or resemble existing works; you are responsible for confirming a given output is suitable for your intended use.
• Your use of any output must still comply with the acceptable-use rules above and with applicable law.

No warranty

The service, including all generated content, is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. You use the service at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operators of muse-video.pro are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this free demo or any content it produces.

Changes to the demo and to these terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the free demo — including the generator — at any time and without notice. We may also update these terms; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes are reflected by the "Last updated" date above.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction of the site operator [governing-law jurisdiction to be specified], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
